Go to Halfrauds and get a can of Penetrating Spray. It really is better than diesel, GT85, WD 40, plusgas, 3-in-1 etc The notch and screwdriver really works if you're lucky (sound irish but you know what I mean 
).
Keep spraying it all over twice a day for at least a week, maybe applying some heat to the shell first.
Just noticed, under all the shite in the BB, are those internal splines? If so, the correct BB removal tool and a breaker bar may be worth a try.

Bike shop shifted it, so this week it goes off to be blasted.

Well..... its dead! :roll:
I took it down last night to get it blasted, and there is a crack in the frame. just behind the bottom of the head tube.
So I have now given up. If any one else wants to weld it, you are welcome to it, free to collect, but I have given up.
