It seems that Cannondale made Omegas in 1992 too.

If I understand, they were omega cannondale bike in 1992 !
For the ti flexstem combo, it was not on an omega. It was a carbon profile bar if I remember… This combo was on the top of the offroad-flexstem frame (grey an orange-pink) (sold frame alone)

I own exactly the same bike like shown below.
It is an 1990, yellow Cannondale OMEGA model.
It is the "limited edition, number 10 of 200"
I am the first owner and ist is still nearly new.
