but its got canti bosses (not mentioned in desription) :?

So it does - I saw the compact geometry and canti bosses, and assumed it was some sort of mad MTB. Instead, it appears it's some sort of mad road bike :roll:

Definately a road frame. Russians used to use cantilevers a lot. I think it was the old Mafacs. Meade for 700cc wheels
