biggest problem I found was that the body and energy levels were fine...
Lungs? no no. the cold easterly damp wind really put the mockers on it. nasty asthma attack- took me about half an hour before I could breathe 'normally' again.

		 Can do a few hours of good riding but will pay for it in a few days hardcore above and beyond what it should, and the lymph node pain increases for the week after i push myself.
