I'd got approval from Joanne, so went over this morning to the 'LBS' (Kendells at Castleford) test-ride it.
To my disappointment, it was sold at the beginning of the week

Still, someone got a bargain!, £250 for a complete bike, with Planet X wheels.

(Aeron frame/forks retail at around that price brand new!)

A lot of griping about the bike you already have to be dissapointed that it got sold...

Nope it was fine as a 'best bike'/'for fair weather', but the requirement to use it as a work-bike/trainer moved the target.

It was a condition of me buying the last bike (carbon-fibre Ridley) that I downgraded the Dyna-Tech.

With the gift of Hindsight, it would have been far better to sell it on, before it started to slightly annoy me.

But we'll end it all here
