Help with downtube shifters

I recall using standard ones and filed the curved bits off to leave a flat surface. Worked well enough.

Did you ever find the right mountings?

I have the same style bosses on my frame. As others have suggested I just filed the concave side down, leaving a flat disc with the square indentation in the middle that fits on the boss. Works fine
