yes - loosen the left side spokes and tighten the right hand spokes....

Looks a bit heavily dished already. Rather than dish think about moving a spacer from drive to non drive as there looks to be one hell of a gap between the smallest sprocket and the drop out - it would probably help your gear alignment no end!
