REFRESHED STICKERS

Bought some NOS Rock shox stickers off e bay last year
to put on my MAG 21s ... another bay buy .
anyway on closer inspection they were not in that bad a shape .
so i gets to thinking ............
i wonder ??????

First photo = stickers before with , lifted and dirty edges

STEP 1 took old ones off , cleaned old glue off with cotton bud and turpentine , stickers and fork legs , marking with masking tape to
replace in same position ( photo 2 )

STEP 2 covered back of the stickers with double sided sticky tape

STEP 3 replaced old stickers ( photo 4 )

Last photo showing finished sticker next to NOS Quadra 21R ( never seen the light of day let alone dirt )

result = stickers good , NOS unused

the MAG stickers were in better condition than the QUADRAS though but i think that even these look a lot better / cleaner

I've done that before as well
also colour photocopy a decal, then clear adhesive plastic sheeting over the top works pretty well
