I've now confronted my self esteem issues by:
a) yielding to temptation and buying a frame that I've always wanted, don't need and can't afford
b) then making myself suffer by doing an 18 mile off road run yesterday followed by 70 minutes more this morning
I now feel alternatively weak willed and like Pi Mei (apologies for spelling).
And no, my wife does not understand why I did any of the above!
