you gotta remeber the time period. ritchey were cranking out frames that were only supposed to last a year. the FRO was marketed as lasting more than a few seasons worth, parker always wanted to overbuild. hell the 6lb weight didnt seem to hold tomac back
... but then nothing really did back then aside from the occasional folded disk drive
