When you are in the post or reply part if you look at the left side called 'Options' you will see BBCODE HTML etc and if it is allowed or not, click on the BBCODE link to get all the info, but here it is for you

if you see something on the forum and want to know how it's done, click the "quote" button on the post you want to copy.

it'll bring up the reply screen, but with the EXACT text of the previous message also in it so you can copy it
