I'm puzzled. Puerto was a Spanish case, Valverde is a Spanish rider. What's this got to do with te Italian olympic body? Am I missing something? If I'm not missing something obvious it's going to get interesting if different countries start investigating each other's riders in some sort of tit for tat war.
