Might be Picture heavy. . ..
Right, lets see if my first foray in to photobucket works ok.
Hopefully you shall see some pics below of the ringlé insipred rear mech, and the Proto ringlé hub, and then with the disc on board. the disc flange was too close to the hub flange in this first try. I'll pop some more folders in the readers kit with alot more ringlé development parts. I've finally taken the pix, just wrestling with uploading it all. . . but forst this experimentation with photo bicket- hope it works:
