I cant find any detail of those heart shaped cutouts on any holdsworth and they are not rounded enough for a De Rosa. found a Pagliaghi on Classic lightweights that had the lugs but nothing else --- The search continues...........

its gonna be tough to identify.
those cuts outs in the lugs came like that and were used by almost every british frame builder. The seat lug isnt one of those premium threaded affairs, its simply ears with a male/female seat bolt threaded through. I'd say standard 531 80's racing frame (poss custom measured, maybe not) from unnamed typical british frameshop.

The 600 kit all dates from Feb 88, but like you say I have now seen that cutout an a few more frames (Stan Pike and Dave Russell to name 2) but other details dont fit. I will keep the search going for a bit longer though.

Cheers
