I think I may have it. I seem to remember there being a man v horse article in there too.
If it's the one from about March 88 with a Pioneer (blue and yellow fade) up against my mighty trekker and a scott boulder.
Can scan for you if interested.
There's also an ad for the pioneer on the inside cover (same coulour but much more pretty mettalic paintjob than the flatter production one in the test).
