Found the crank. It doesn't have exactly the same writing as yours but it looks very close. I'll photo it and post it here. If you're interested inacquiring it please let me know.

Here we go, a couple of shots of my 'odd crank'. Pedal threads are fine, axle hole too and 170mm length. A bit of rub from toestrap so not NOS - but what do you expect from something of this age
