I think you might be right, they're probably a DIY job.
Gran Sport / Tipo didn't have that raised rim on the flanges and the cutouts look quite consistent so they've likely been milled; the finish on the flanges looks machined...

Nothing of interest then - just way overpriced, broken drillium tat! :|
