Are Campagnolo outer gear and brake housing such as these compatible with Shimano/Clarke’s inners?

Campagnolo Gear Outer Cable 680mm - Black, 680mm https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003RLK3UG/ ... AFbEQ5ZGQ0
Campagnolo Brake Outer Cable -, 1250mm https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0028N4FGM/ ... AFbEHP2HZB

And will a Shimano or Clark’s inner brake cable work a Euclid brake lever ?

Clarkes do a special Campag one. DO NOT USE Campag gear levers with Shimano-compatible cables. Campag takes thinner cables and most importantly the nipples are larger and will jam in the levers.

Thanks
I’ll do that
But can I use a campag outer with a Shimano inner cable ? This is for the Sachs shifters and mechs

IIRC the Campag cable is 0.1mm thinner so it might not work. I've not tried it.

I think brake are all interchangeable, it's only shift cables that are different with Campag.

Both Campagnolo and Shimano use 1.2mm inners for gear inner.

The nipple sizes are different, for sure - Campagnolo have always used a smaller nipple than Shimano but a quick skim through Campagnolo and Shimano documentation as published by the companies, reveals no difference in the gear inner wire diameters.

Generally, though - Campag with Campag, Shimano with Shimano, SRAM with SRAM.
Always metal ferrules (where required) with Campag, not plastic.
