It is, I bought it spontaneously due to old time sake.

The frame is the blue/silver one fromt the mid 1980s , but the forks arn't, they have mudgaurd eyelets on the frame drop outs, not.

It still all makes up to a nice thing

probaly sell for two shillings and a sherbert dib dab
