All the stuff has been cleaned up and sprayed up lovingly!!
I found a gem in this bike as is 32 years old but has hardly been used and obviously been kept somewhere nice n dry!

Thanks

Could be interested in the rear wheel. Did the Shimano freewheel you also have come off that wheel? Just want to check the Miche hub takes a Shimano freewheel...

Re:

Pity the 105 levers are with white hoods, I'd have had them with black. I don't do white anything on a bike, it soon looks scruffy when I'm around

I'm in Sheffield. I'm not sure about the wheel yet - very tempted, but I need to check another pair of wheels for suitability first...I'll let you know. Thanks.

No problem.

Just browsing Hermes and they seem much cheaper than Parcelforce. Think it would be around £5. I would, of course, post as per your wishes.
I might even keep it as a spare.
Anyway, let me know what you decide and we can go from there.
Have a mice day

Re:

Have a read on the mtb section about the horrors with Hermes. I can't comment from experience, but it would seem you get what you pay for, quality wise with Hermes
