Great mix of parts! I have two Sun Super Vitesses form 51 on S prefixes.

Do I try to find parts that were on her originally or do I just go with what she has now?

I'll dig out some images. I have two - one is kept as in nearish original form i.e. a 3-speed, the other I've built from a frames and set up as a 5-speed with a mix of 60s and 70s parts.

It may help.
