The front doesnt really take much hammer riding or in any of the things you listed above, unless you get it wrong, thats why there tends to be lots more front wheels about
Just to add, with the damaged wheel it would fetch more if you broke it. If the front rim isnt worn then maybe keep that together. The hubs on their own would probably fetch more than the wheelset as it is.
