WTD Orange bars, 1" quill stem, 26.4mm seatpost.

Quite a lot of Orange bikes were fitted with the Orange Lite Stick which was a 26.4mm post, but almost none of their bikes were that size, so they were mostly shimmed. what bike is it for?
Bike is a C16-r (clockwork.
Aye, I'l need to measure for sure but i was pretty sure all tubes on the earlier frames are 29.6mm shimmed to 26.4mm. Theres a shim fitted and although I dont know the exact year it came with a pace rc35 kevlar and black stx cantis and black LX rear.
Thats the reasoning
1993 or 4 :? although someone here can date those components to approximate year.
Either way I cant check without having an actual 26.4mm post here to try.
