Have updated the brakes to these Gussets 166 grams lighter or 5 1/2 oz bought from Triton cycles. £14 per pair cheaper than any body else. This was taken before final set up.

Gusset brakes look interesting. Fiinsh the bike off nicely, better than the yellow IMHO.
Are they any better, or just lighter? Always wonder if they might flex a bit being so light.

Their is a bit of flex. But nothing to worry about for me as I'm no nutter on down hills. The blue look more serious. I will find gold/yellow parts to add a bit of colour. Most likely stem cap & face plate.

Have weighed and very happy with 18lb 14 oz

New carbon seat. From Spain 83 grams Saevid 1.2 in gloss. Trimble now 17lb 15 oz or 7.779 kg Next carbon bars and carbon crankset.
