In a good but slightly odd end to this tale of woe the wheel finally turned up. Had to arrange my own courier in the end and was calling/texting/emailing the bloke several times a day. Still at least the end is favourable. Thanks to the chaps from Kent for their help.

A lot of hassle by the sounds of it but at least you didnt have the extra hassle and inconvenience of the small claims etc.
