I have been thinking about building a new shed in my garden for a while now, could never quite decide on the size and the cost has always amazed me !!
So I get a call from my brother who tells me i can have one of his (he has 4) as he is going to build a big Studio/Office type of thing in it's place!
It's a 16 x 8 pent shed, pretty solid and in good condition!
.....so I need a base....
Had a load of decking just lying around (as you do!!!)..so I used that.
Gotta pick the shed up on he 25th....

So here we are...shed is in and built, needs a bit of TLC but overall in good condition, it's purely cosmetic!!! 18mm T&G so all is good! :)
Roof needs to be re felted as we had to cut it into 4 sections to get in the Luton van!
I have a friend who has a window company so hopefully will be getting my hands on some old UPVC windows soon.
Overtime it will be insulated and electrics fitted.
Oh...and while I had the van I picked up an old washing machine to make my new Log burner!!

Update:
New Lino. Roof re-felted. A few coats of treatment. Guttering installed.
And a groovy new double glazed window. I need to add another to the front still. I had an old patio door, so I removed the sealed unit and installed it and beaded it etc with a nice surround to frame it.
And yes, as you can see, lots of room left around the side for maintenance and to dump stuff out of sight!!!!
