Check out the incorrect lower cradle just perched and ready to cause problems on the top of what looks like a partially stripped seatpost. not very mind. Nor is a poorly polished paint stripped frame very mint. I don't know if this originally was a raw alloy but if it was you can be sure it was cleared. it doesn't look like it is anymore.
