After seeing what he sent I'll retract the comment about him possibly being flakey, sorry.

If he's buying frames and building them up in the hope of making a profit, theres nothing wrong there.

if this frame number is late '82 then surely it can't be a panasonic coloured frame = i'm sure panasonic was 1984 onwards. also, i can't recall ever seeing a panasonic coloured 753 with the drilled dropouts.
