Our Nan collected suger cubes......
When we went through her house after she was sectioned (she only lasted another 6months after that) we found literally hundreds of biscuit tins, stacked in cupboards, wardrobes, under the stairs and in the cellar, all packed neatly with sugar cubes....
god knows where she got them from, least of all how she went through all the biscuits.... she was a tiny little thing
