p7 frame with stuck post i have had a bit of a go with the vice the the shed,its not a big vice no grip not tryed to heat it ect

frame size 17" lots of chips and rust marks but no dints,i want £25 picked up ,can meet up at the mcr jumble on sunday with it

I sorted my stuck seat post by sticking penetrating oil on it daily for a week (both ends). then walk the bike out to the street drain grid, insert the post in with the bike upside down and twist alternately. you can get a lot of leverage this way. if you are lucky the post will free off and move. if you are unlucky the seatpost will shear off and you'll be back to square one

worth a try?
