Sunn steel bike needs a respray. Thoughts?

I'm in N Herts.
The Sunn 1999 Xcircuit frame has some flecks of rust showing through - it's an eBay Special.
Recommend a respray company / person?

I am not interested in the Harrods / Ferrari of re sprayers as I really don't get all milky eyed and sentimental or precious about my bikes, they're tools to ride, nothing more, ride, service, clean occasionally, ride. Ride.

If you are not bothered about the colour in the past I have popped down to my local car sprayers and seen if they would do my frame same time as they are spraying a car- saves you any of their set up costs and they may do it as quick cash in hand as well. Just make sure you properly prep it all beforehand.
