Wanted : Golden Arrow Parts

OK, I'm upgrading my 84 Raleigh Record Sprint and I'm looking for some Shimano Arrow bits to match my rear derailleur. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
RBF User: Cipollini recently sold me some nice wheels so looking to tie up the rest of the hardware before the weather finally picks up.

Pretty sure I've a front mech, possibly shifters too. And a front hub if I remember right.
I'd need to double check what's still there.
