15-17" Mountain Bike wanted for daughter - poss swap P/X BMX

Howdy,
I am looking for a starter MTB for my 13 year old daughter who would like a decent but lower end mountain bike to do basic trails on. She currently has a BMX (in the pics) which is is pretty good nick - no abuse at all and all original..and she would be up for swapping or part exing it. Let me know if you are interested in the exchange or just a sale.. What Have You?

This may be a little on the small side, 12" framed Barracuda A2MS from 1994. Almost 100% riginal and in really good condition. PM me for more info.
