Straight blade rigid Ti forks, CrossMax wheels

All the old Ritchey finishing kit got replaced very quickly - the old Ritchey WCS bars bent so got replaced by X-Lite, plus the colour is better. ;-)

That gorgeous Pace stem - again a replacement for the original Ritchey item.

And the (slightly worn) Syncros 10th anniversary Ti seatpost and that wonderful minimalist seatclamp. Again, seatpost and saddle were a replacement for the frankly awful Ritchey kit.

EDIT: thanks for the nice comments - yes it's a nice bike but there's some wonderful classic kit on here, lovely to see it.

I've waited a long to post this up, but finally its finished. My 1992 Kili Pro, refurbed and back to (almost) original spec!

I hope you like it, its been a real labour of love for me as its a bike I also wanted when they first came out.
