+1 for Blackburn. I've only got one of the cheap models (I've had it at least 5 years now) but can't fault it. Likewise Zefal - I had one of their cheap plastic "Rush Plus" ones, lasted years before it finally expired.
Avoid Wrench Force (a Trek in-house brand) like the plague; mine developed a fault and the piston shot out with such a rate that if I'd been leaning over it any further a broken nose would have been inevitable. I binned it ASAP and bought the Blackburn!
