dc2100k's 1996 Orange P7

Dirt Disciple
Here is the skinny whippet that has replaced my lovely old Clockwork. A few years newer and a few inches bigger, it is currently having all the trick bits from the old bike transferred over. XT Levers next, then the Middleburn RS1's when I get them fixed. Wheels are Hope Ti / DT / Mavic 231CD / Vredestein Moiree.

Enjoy,

James.

Gutted to see this 'cause I had one and sold it, was a touch big though...
That nickel finish was the absolute bollox. I don't know why they've never repeated it ?

Thanks for your kind words. It is actually pretty dirty, takes me to work every day and get covered in road grime. The nickel finish is lovely, and the laquer is intact apart from a couple of small spots under the cables on the top tube. I too don't know why they stopped it as it is the best looking finish on this period of bike. BTW sorry for the lies in the title! I had a look at the old Orange catalogues and it appears to be a 1997 bike.

Here is a preview of the busted drivetrain 'upgrade'!

A set of Middleburn RS1's where all the tiny bolts have snapped off? ;)

Never heard of that happening before
