You have a 1973 bike frame with recessed allen key bolts for the brakes ?

I had a Danish TT bike in that was the same year 1973 and the mounts were the same too.
All of a sudden your the only one laughing.

Those forks look very steep-as someone said it does look like they have been crashed as they seem to be about 76 degs.
