Perhaps all road users should pass a theory test on basic highway code.....in schools like they used to plus adults on the road.....why not ?????? cycle shops could give you a quick talk on safety plus a DVD with each new bike sale. We are road users just like car drivers........plus no 'jay walking in cetain areas.
I'm a great believer in the bicycle bell ! solves a lot ....
And as for car drivers who have passed all their tests and then choose to ignore them, castration or the female version ? only kidding
