Something's been stuck in my craw the last week-ish *update*

I guess when you pay $100K+ in property taxes/yr. you just snap your fingers and the city comes by to solve your problems.

Loos like Public Works spent a good 5 or 6 grand redoing to drainage along the edge of buddy's side yard (yes, that's all lakefront property at the side of the house north of the north entrance). Now his ditzy wife can cut the corner across dry grass pulling out of the double wide driveway without dragging mud and stones on to the bike lane. Win for Stu (and all the cyclists that use the lane).

we don't have drains..our lot are clever,,they let the surface get so bad the holes that appear drain the water into large pot holes by the sides in case we have another hose pipe ban in the wettest year we had since gigantor stomped these parts..:)

To be fair, it is not as if there was much clarting up the cycleway in the first place.

There is no way of knowing who is actually cutting the corner, could be a nurse hurrying on their rounds, etc.

If that is the worst to deal with on a ride you are quids in.

:)
