Nice frame with some nice bits, wouldn't take much to turn that into a really nice bike.

Yes (very) horrible bike! Nice frame though albeit not in the best condition. Personally I would not say its a bargain but I guess that is all a matter of opinion.

well maybe not that much of a bargain but the frame and forks could make a nice basis for a retro project
