Roadie outing - 28th October - APPROX 60 MILES!

I find the turbo good for finding a grove and gradually getting the strengh up in the legs helps to keep you spinning harder for longer I think, worth a go TK.
 
Think peleton, TK. Slot in behind Gazz and get sooked along by the vacuum his huge arse creates as it cuts through the air.

Worked for me on Arran!

That doesn't sound overly appealing ZZ - sounds a bit too much like the human centipede.
