It was much warmer than usual, I only had 3 layers on top and was a bit warm at times, I normally wear 5 for this including a fleece.

Gentlemen... thank you for allowing me, my fatty frame and my Kona frame to join you on Sunday. Apologies for being slow, walking, pushing etc, but I intend to shed the lard, and recapture the glories of the past youth.

Was good to meet you Frank, the next meet isn't for a while but I'm sure something will come up before long, the Fifers go out regularly on a Sunday morning.
