purely speculation but looks like loads of cheap parts with miss leading stickers. cranks aren't race face and wheels don't look like mavics.

frame looks like a cross/ammaco/santana delete as appropriate.

Looks similar to a Mongoose Teocali or whatever they are called.

Looks plain wrong with the bottom bracket that high. Is that purely due to the wrong shock?

I'm pretty sure its a cheapo brand but functional so I think BSO is a bit unfair. I have seen it before on one of those discount bike websites I'm sure.
