DMR Vault pedals

Got a good deal on some of these and tried em out tonight and they beat the MX30s with log pins in for grip. Feel good under the foot with the larger surface as well. Only had an hour or so on them so far though.

Don't know why they anodised the pins either. I give it a week...
 
wouldnt they be hard anodized which stands a bit better?
will be clogged with mud anyway :?

how much did you get them for?
i think alot of it is visual appeal, yes i know theyre decent but, you can get ano pins and such for v8s which would make them look pretty blingy

Not cheap enough really but I have sold a load of stuff in the last couple of weeks and needed to put my MX30s on the Mrs bike so reasonable excuse.

Loving this vid by Ed Oxley on maintenance of these. Like his comments on the grease and also his cat trying to get in on the action.

what sort of bearings do they have then? i didnt see him take any out?
cartridge? and how does it not do up too tight (the axle on the bearings), has something to do with which type i expect.

his picture suggests that he shreds too!
