Ok, so I wanted to add these scans to the archive, but this thread will have to do for now

1985

Holdsworth owned Claud Butler bring out their first MTB the Canyon, in Reynolds 531 All terrain tubes, stays & forks.

Claud Butler now owned by Marlboro (Nov’85) production moves from London to Darlaston, West Midlands
CANYON gets new colour scheme and graphics

1987

Marlboro create a new frame with underslung chain stay mounted U-brake in 531 All Terrain tubbing, stays & forks.
Matterhorn listed as the option with full XT, Cape Wrath with Deore but photo have them dressed the other way around.
Marlboro go out of business in February 1987 and are bought out by Falcon, production moves from Darlaston to Brigg, Lincolnshire sometime early ‘87

Banshee dropped, Spectre, Oracle and Legend added. Cape Wrath stays as flagship until late 1991 when Antaeus added in new Reynolds 653 (Catalogues normally printed November previous year)
