I was out in a Lincoln Town car limo last night night - the 5.0 V8 kept 4 tons of car nicely behind a 530D, er, at around 70-ish....

Its funny - the J reg one does around 15 - 20mpg and is quicker than the L reg one which is lighter and less miles with only about 11mpg

both 'high output' 5.0 V8 (mustang?)
