Anyone had probs with these?
I took advantage of a new bike frame on ebay at the beginning of Feb, and thought 10% off voucher from ebay would be nice.
Sent the payment and the vendor struggled like hell to accept it. apparently paypal had him down as 'unregistered' but he was, and was managing to use his PP acct for buying no prob, and with 159 feedbacks he's no newbie.
After he tried sort it with PP and no luck I also contacted PP, they both suggested to cancel and retry as surely a glitch. The mail address I used was correct and direct from ebay.
I canceled and the voucher was lost forever, gone back to ebay, leaving me now £13.60 short
All i can get replying to their emails is some European type of George Aguguengo character who tell me as the voucher spent returned and now out of date, tough titty as its in the T&C's :roll:
Hmm I suggest its a CON the bashguards! :twisted: all carrot and no voucher.
I have replied with this to PP.
Annoying thing is the frame is all the way down in South wales, I'm seriously considering taking cash back out of PP and driving down with it in my 20 Y.O. van
