How can I Unzip an .ARC File?

Was clearing out earlier and found an old 3.5" disc with my university honours dissertation on it. As I wrote the whole thing with a fountain pen and got someone else to type it up I have no clue as to how to unlock it. Winzip gets so far and then starts moaning about a missing application file. I can see the list of files though and they would appear to be .doc files. Any ideas? This was back when the the posh kids had a 486 machine.

Beaten by roger, but still, now I've found this I'm going to post it.

.arc files are compressed files, much like .zip files really.

this is all about ARC, there is a list at the bottom of programs.

Having a quick browse through, this seemed like a program that will open .arc files.

http://infozip.sourceforge.net/

Hope that also helps.

edit: Just realised I should have said that its only supported by Yeti 98
