I love Jamie Oliver on the ‘keep cooking and carry on’ show of his. The way he’s quite relaxed about substitutes for ingredients if you don’t have everything.

Earlier I made a lovely aubergine and lamb curry with chickpea Dahl.

Very Nice..

I would have prefered four corners of aubergine myself rather than two :wink:

Me and my lad went out yesterday .. only a ten mile loop and got bollocked on a hundred yard length of footpath connecting two ends of a bridleway... funny thing is the 'footpath' was a small car width double track ... I thanked him for still having more important things bothering him other than this Covid nonsense.
