Entirely the riders fault. A massive group of guys and not one of them thought to check where they were going first. A steady sighting run as mentioned, walking the course, anything but going flat out when you haven't a clue what's coming. Morons!

I wouldn't agree. Even as a non downhiller, I would expect more indication of what is happening. That is not a wild trail after all.
